And a tool to deploy applications to the mobile version of Windows 10

"It allows users to deploy a connected device on implementation [their PC] via USB or available on the same subnet without requiring access to the complete Visual Studio solution," she added.

The tool is automatically installed on your PC during the installation of Windows 10 SDK released last week and available for download from the Windows 10 Developer Tools page.
